Please submit  your "Permission and Medical Treatment Waiver' to the DRE's office. Form is availble below - just print and fill out.

If your child is going to be preparing to receive First confession, First Communion, please also submit your the additional form  to the DRE's office as well and  include a copy of your child's baptismal certificate. Form is availble below - just print and fill out.

**Please Note: If your child needs First Reconciliation and First Communion, they will have to attend both summer sessions.

BAPTISM OF CHILDREN — Celebrated any Sunday of the month after the 9 or 11:00 am Mass. Attendance at a preparation session is required and held the last Saturday of the month from 10:00am - 1:00 pm. 
**Parents:  Please bring a copy of
your child's birth certificate.

CONFIRMATION — High School Every Sunday 3:15 - 4:45pm.

ADULT INITIATION/RCIA — Process of initiation into the Catholic Church for non-baptized persons and Christians of other faiths and opened to anyone both inside and outside of our parish. RCIA classes will meet Sept.  through April every Tuesday 6:00—7:15pm. Contact the parish office at 247-1094 for more info.
